1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All purchases made on DollarMastery.com are non-refundable.

Once access to a digital course is provided:

  • The product cannot be returned

  • The payment cannot be refunded

  • The purchase cannot be cancelled

This policy is in place because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same manner as physical goods.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a user is charged twice by mistake, we will verify the payment in our system and refund the duplicate amount.

3. Technical Issues

If you face any technical issue accessing the course, we will resolve it promptly.
